What Parents Always Ask
What if it rains?
We monitor forecasts 48 hours out. If there's a 60%+ chance of rain, you can reschedule once for free. Water slides stay closed during lightning — your safety is non-negotiable.
How far from an outlet do we need to be?
Standard units need one 20-amp outlet within 50 feet. We bring 50ft extension cords. For multiple units, plan for 2 separate circuits — we'll confirm during booking.
Concrete backyard — can we still bounce?
Yes! We bring anchor weight bags for hard surfaces. We don't use ground stakes on concrete or pavers. Just let us know your surface type when booking.
What's the minimum yard size?
Most units need 18ft × 18ft of clear space plus 3ft on each side for staking and blower placement. The footprint is on every product card — flip it to see.
